Nika
This is my audiobook accomplice, Nika.
She helps me listen to audiobooks, usually by lying by my legs while I listen in my recliner or in bed. Her support is important, as I sometimes listen to scary stories and need her to keep me calm. She takes this job very seriously... until she falls asleep.
She would prefer that I listen to books with headphones to prevent surprises in the narration from startling her (on the other hand, she does the startling occasionally when it's time to eat).
Most of the time, she's a great lover of audiobooks because I usually stay put for hours while listening, thus giving her a secure heat source.
